Consumer prices are shown including VAT. Before a payment-obligation order is submitted, the site shows products, quantities, prices, optional services, shipping and the total. Contract confirmation is sent to the email address supplied.
In-stock orders are prioritised and normally dispatched quickly. The message “Order today → receive it tomorrow” expresses the target for eligible orders processed in time and sent to areas served with next-working-day delivery; it is not an absolute guarantee for every destination or circumstance. Specific timing or costs are shown before ordering.
For distance contracts with consumers, the standard withdrawal period is 14 days without giving a reason: for goods it runs from delivery, for services from conclusion of the contract. An unequivocal notice must be sent before the deadline.
Full information and withdrawal form
Direct return costs following withdrawal are borne by the consumer. Goods must be returned within 14 days after the notice. The refund includes payments received and the original standard-delivery cost, but not any extra cost for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer. Refund may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received.
Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee under applicable law. In the EU, the minimum protection for new goods is generally 2 years for lack of conformity. Statutory rights are separate from and are not reduced by any commercial warranty or WiNet Care.
WiNet is intended only for compatible stoves/electronics. Before purchase, customers can use the compatibility database or request a free check. Installation and use must follow the stove manual, WiNet instructions and safety requirements. Remote control does not replace maintenance, correct installation or any supervision required by the manufacturer.
Purchase of the module includes guided assistance for the initial setup via an operator, phone or WhatsApp through the available channels. Later reconfiguration due to router/network changes, stove changes, fixed IP or complex networks may be covered by WiNet Care.
WiNet Care is an annual service for one WiNet module. The standard price is €19.90 VAT included for 12 months; when purchased with a new WiNet, the first year may be offered at €9.90 VAT included under the conditions shown at checkout. It includes priority support and the services described on the WiNet Care page.
Any commercial extension up to a total of 3 years applies only under the relevant offer conditions, when WiNet Care is activated with the new module and kept continuously active for the required period. It does not limit statutory rights and does not cover expressly excluded causes.
WiNet Care does not renew automatically and there are no recurring charges. Renewal requires a new confirmation and payment. Reminders may be sent before expiry.
Available payment methods are shown within WiFi-Stufe.com. Stripe handles the online payment methods available for each order, which can include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal when enabled and available. Klarna has a dedicated information path and can offer payment in 3 instalments when available and subject to provider eligibility/approval. Bank transfer may also be available when enabled. For deliveries to Italy, cash on delivery, when available, carries a €3.00 VAT-included handling fee. These terms do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Consumer disputes are subject to the jurisdiction rules provided by consumer-protection law. Before any dispute, we encourage customers to contact us so we can try to resolve the matter quickly.
Acceptance of the terms may be recorded with the order number, terms version, date/time and technical data necessary to evidence consent, in accordance with the privacy policy.
